Train! Workout timer is built with a "Privacy First" philosophy. This policy explains how we handle your data.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app functions entirely offline. There are no user accounts, and no data is sent to external servers.
All workout parameters (rounds, duration, etc.) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your iPhone.
The app does not use any third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising frameworks. Your activity remains 100% private.
The app requests access to the Haptic Engine for vibrations and prevents the screen from dimming during active timers. These features are used strictly for the functionality of the timer.
